West Indies vs India: How R Sharma reacted after defeat

In the second T20 match West Indies vs India, Indian players surrendered completely as they lost the game by 5 wickets. After this defeat, this series has come to 1-1. The captain of team India Rohit Sharma couldn’t digest this defeat. He expressed his anger toward many players after the game.

After the match, R Sharma admitted that the pitch was good for batting. We did not bat well. we failed to take the benefit of it and score a big total.

But it happens quite often when you experiment with your batting lineup. We are making a lot of changes in our batting order at the moment. But we will try to learn from this failure.

Rohit Sharma talked about Avesh Khan

After this Rohit Sharma also talked about Avesh Khan. He told why Avesh Khan bowled in the last over.

R Sharma said that it is necessary to give opportunities to the new boys. We all know what Bhuvneshwar Kumar does for the Indian team and he has been doing it for many years now.

But if you don’t give chances to young bowlers like Arshdeep and Avesh Khan, you won’t get to know their skill set very well. It’s only about one match. He has a lot of talent.

We will not change the approach

After this, Rohit Sharma also admitted that he is very happy with the performance of his bowlers as all the bowlers executed the plan made by the team well.

R Sharma said that we need to improve our batting. I have always been saying that we will continue the same approach with our batting and we will not panic because of that.
